Our full line of process water chillers and re-chillers ranges in size from 40 to 300 tons of refrigeration.

Managed using our Quik Chill™ microprocessor controls, Morris & Associates water chillers and re-chillers keep water temperatures within a tight 0.2°F, guaranteeing the lowest possible temperatures without freeze-up.

With the industry’s only Severe Temperature Service (STS) feature and exceptionally efficient design, every Morris & Associates chiller and re-chiller is protected against failure related to thermal expansion. Stainless steel frames and tube materials, remote monitoring capabilities, and access to Morris & Associates service technicians ensure top performance, low maintenance and long life of the equipment.

Morris & Associates water chillers and re-chillers use our unique, microprocessor-controlled Quik Chill™ system, which lowers bird temperatures while maintaining unparalleled moisture consistency. The water temperature is controlled within a tight 0.2°F, at flow rates between 400 and 1,000 gallons per minute. System operators can easily monitor temperature and pressure, change control points, initiate freeze protection parameters and vary evaporator pressures to correspond with load requirements during peak loads, breaks and clean-ups.

The control communications option for Quick Chill™ puts the expertise of Morris & Associates-certified technicians at your disposal, any time, from anywhere in the world, providing remote monitoring and diagnostics of the equipment, as well as plant-level alarm systems.

Severe Temperature Service (STS) eliminates the worry that comes with sudden changes in temperature to piping. When hot water is used to clean the heat exchanger, tremendous stress can be generated in the metal due to thermal expansion. This stress occurs because the tubes inside the equipment expand while the shell does not.

Our unique STS design allows the tubes to grow by expanding the bellows in the shell, without creating high stress. Morris & Associates water chillers and re-chillers are the only models on the market that feature STS protection.

Morris & Associates’ compact, in-line marinade/brine chillers provide sanitary chilling and delivery of liquid solutions that are integral to the production process. The systems are fully enclosed, insulated and designed for simple clean-in-place (CIP) capability, which allows the units to be easily cleaned and situated out of the way—usually mounted on a wall or hung from the ceiling in your plant, freeing up valuable floor space for other stages of your operation.

In addition to providing precision cooling and temperature control (within 0.2°F) for marinades and brines, these chillers are ideal for any other applications in which fluids must be chilled to specific requirements, such as:
